• Is this for business owners only? No, the day is designed for leaders within you business as well.

• What if I can’t get the day off? Then you need this workshop. There is unlikely to be a perfect time in any business but the tools you get during the day will allow you to regain some of that control you need to build a business that can operate without you.

• Is this lecture-style? Not a chance, think case studies, discussions and practical application.

• What size businesses is this best for? We work with single person businesses through to those that have thousands of employees.
