Get your time back. Build a team that runs without you.
Wairarapa · 3 August 2026 — Wellington · 11 August 2026
Always on call. Stuck putting out fires. If it isn't you, it doesn't happen. In one day with Andrew Fox — 30 years leading people under real pressure, sharpened at Cambridge and Harvard, turned into tools that work on a Tuesday in your business, not theoretical case studies — you'll walk out with the tools to hand things off properly, build a team that performs without you standing over it, and get real time back in your week.
Capped at 20 seats per location, by design · Andrew reviews every application personally
⚠ Small-group format by design — so you get direct time with Andrew, not a lecture hall.

Years operational leadership
Sound familiar?
You didn't start a business to become
its most expensive employee.
If any of this sounds like your week, the Leadership Accelerator was built for you.
Phone never off. Holidays half-worked. The business runs — but only because you're always reachable to keep it running.
Every day is reactive. You're fighting the fire in front of you instead of building the business you actually set out to build.
Your team waits for you to decide, approve, or fix it. Nothing moves unless you push it — and you're the ceiling on growth.
Every new client or job just means more chaos landing on your desk. You can't say yes to growth when you're already maxed out.
What changes by 4pm
Walk out with a different business — not just a folder of notes.
The Leadership Accelerator is built around four shifts. Real tools you use on Monday morning, not theory that sits on a shelf.
Delegate properly, for the first time. Stop being the bottleneck every decision has to pass through.
Clear goals, real feedback, and people who know exactly what "good" looks like — without you saying so every time.
A team that takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks — because they're trusted to, and equipped to.
A business built to scale, not one that breaks a little more with every new client you take on.
The day, broken down
9am – 4pm. Practical, the whole way through.
No filler, no theory for its own sake. Every session ends with something you can use before you're back at your desk.
Who's teaching it
Andrew Fox
Andrew spent 30 years in operational leadership roles in the NZ Army, including a final tour in Afghanistan, before sharpening that experience with executive education from Cambridge and Harvard.
He built Grounded Leadership™ to turn all of that into something a Kiwi business owner can actually use — because most leadership training teaches concepts. Andrew focuses on action, backed by tools you can use immediately, tested in real New Zealand workplaces, not lecture halls.
- NZ Army Officer & Operational Commander, 30+ years
- University of Cambridge — Judge Business School
- Harvard Kennedy School
- Based in the Wairarapa · Delivering NZ-wide

This is exactly who it's built for. In a small business, your capability as a leader directly determines how much the business can grow — and how much of your life it takes to get there.

- You're ready to actually hand things off — not just talk about it.
- You want tools you can use this week, not a folder for the shelf.

- You're after leadership theory to file away for later.
- You're not the one making the calls in your business — send the person who is.
- You want a quick fix that doesn't require changing how you operate.
- You'd rather stay comfortable than get honest feedback.
